Red 6AL-2 Ignition Control Box W/ Built In 2 Step Rev Limiter. The 6AL-2 is the next generation 6 Series ignition control on the market. The 6AL-2 Ignition has two rev limiters, one for high end over rev protection and another you can activate off a clutch or transbrake to set a launch limit. Adjustments are made by turning 4 rotary dials for 100 RPM increment control. Compatible with 4, 6 or 8 cylinder engines with 12 volt negative ground electrical systems.

All new housing, same reliable digital circuitry and performance. Built in 2 step rev control adjustable with rotary dials. Higher output with up to 135mj of spark energy. Managed by an efficient digital processor.

The spark output of the box has been turned up to 535 volts of primary voltage. Multiple sparks of the 6AL-2 burn in the cylinders for 20 degrees of crankshaft rotation to ensure complete combustion.
